In a large bowl mix the bananas, Dorda Coconut Liqueur, banana liqueur, heavy whipping cream, and milk with a spoon or with an electric mixer on low until the ingredients are combined.
Spoon into the popsicle molds, add the popsicle sticks, and freeze.
Next, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler over medium heat.
Stir until the chocolate and coconut oil are combined and smooth.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Spread a cup of coconut flakes on a plate.
Remove the popsicles from their molds and dip into the chocolate, then roll into the coconut flakes.
Place the popsicles on a plate or in a freezer-safe container and store in the freezer until you’re ready to serve.
