  • 4 ounces Dorda Coconut Liqueur
  • 7 ounces coconut milk
  • 7 ounces coconut cream
  • 3 ½ ounces sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • Fresh tropical fruit/mint

Make the gelatin according to the package instructions and set aside.

In a pot bring to a simmer the coconut milk, coconut cream and sugar.

Remove from heat and add the gelatin.

Gently stir in the Dorda Coconut Liqueur (do not make bubbles).

Pour into rocks glasses or shot glasses.

Garnish with small diced fresh pineapples or other tropical fruits and mint.
