2 parts Dorda Double Chocolate; 1 part Chopin Rye vodka
Method: Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and pour. Add shaved chocolate for garnish.
DORDA CHOCOLATE MILK
6 parts milk; 1 part Dorda Double Chocolate; cocoa powder and powdered sugar to taste
Method: Sift cocoa and powdered sugar. Blend in milk and Dorda. Stir well.
DORDA ICE CREAM
Vanilla ice cream; Dorda Chocolate Sauce (see recipe)
Method: Pour Dorda Chocolate Sauce over vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
2 parts coffee; 1 part Dorda Double Chocolate
Method: Blend coffee and Dorda Double Chocolate Liqueur together. Add whipped cream and garnish with cacao nibs and shaved chocolate as desired.
1 part chocolate hazelnut spread; 3 parts almond milk; 1 part Dorda Double Chocolate Liqueur; melted chocolate; sea salt
Method: Blend milk, hazelnut spread and liqueur. Freeze in popsicle forms. Dip in melted chocolate and add sea salt if desired.
DORDA CHOCOLATE SAUCE
1/4 cup each water & sugar; 1/2 cup each corn syrup & Dorda Double Chocolate; 3/4 cup cocoa powder; 50 grams dark chocolate
Combine water, sugar, syrup and cocoa powder over a boil. Remove from heat; stir in chopped chocolate. Cool and stir in liqueur.
DORDA HOT CHOCOLATE
2 cups milk; one bar 70% chocolate; 1/2 cup Dorda Double Chocolate; 1/3 cup cream
Method: Add chopped chocolate to warm milk until melted. Add a pinch of cinnamon and salt. Add Dorda Double Chocolate.
DORDA CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients of choice for cake mix, frosting and ganache
Method: Make chocolate cake of your choosing, adding about 1/4 cup Dorda Double Chocolate in to the batter; 3 Tbsp. in to frosting; and 2 Tbsp. for ganache.
DORDA COCONUT MILK
2 parts coconut milk; 1 part Dorda Double Chocolate; cocoa powder and sugar to taste
Method: Sift cocoa and sugar. Blend in coconut milk and Dorda. Stir well.
